Stress Management

Raising a family is stressful! The Family Help Line wants to help you explore issues of stress management. You can discuss ideas with a live parenting coach, or listen to a series of recorded messages.

Referrals

Our Family Help Line workers can refer to you to appropriate community resources. We keep a database of resources throughout the state. You can even browse the database on line on our Resource Database page.

Proven Effective

The Family Help Line conducts outcomes evaluation surveys to help determine effectiveness. We gather data on family management skills, social support network, and healthy family relationships. This helps Parent Trust for Washington Children improve our service to families and show achievement rates and outcomes results. For more information, visit the Proven Effective Page of our website.
