Parents as Teachers
The Parents As Teachers Program is an evidence-based and proven early learning, school readiness and literacy program. Certified, trained professional parent educators meet in the home with parents and their children on a regular basis. The PAT program serves families with children prenatal to kindergarten entry. Best results occur by starting as early as possible.

Program Goals

- Provide early detection of developmental delays and health issues
- Prevent child abuse and neglect
- Increase parent knowledge of early childhood development and parenting practices.
Parents As Teachers focuses on the unique needs of each family. Parent educators create a custom program based on a vast array of tools, tips and resources, so that the program progresses at each child's own pace.
