This class is for anyone who wants to learn more about the basics of baby care in the first 8 weeks of life.

Logistics
Time/place: This is a two hour class. This class is offered at several locations, including our classroom in the Rainier neighborhood of Seattle, on Bainbridge Island, at Stevens Hospital in Edmonds, Northwest Hospital in North Seattle, and Group Health facilities in Northgate, Burien, and Bellevue. All classes are open to anyone, regardless of where they are giving birth. It is included in the Great Starts series, or can be taken as a stand-alone class. We also offer a special Baby Care class for adoptive couples.
Our Instructors
This class is taught by one of our team of 20 childbirth educators. They have diverse backgrounds in nursing, doula support, social work, physical therapy and more, and are experienced mothers and/or grandmothers themselves.
