Registration cost: $155 PAT certified

• Training cost includes training, LSP manual, lite breakfast and lunch
• If you are PAT with a Parent Trust code, you will be able to enter that at registration

Cancellation fee
*Please note that we are not able to transfer your registration to another training date.

Cancellation before January 11th:
Full refund, minus $10.00 registration fee

Cancellation after January 11th:
Full refund, minus a $35.00 registration and processing fee

We can accept payment by credit card or by agency check.

If paying by check:

Payment deadline:
Checks must be received no later than January 11th, 2012. If we have not received your check by January 10th, you will need to call us with a credit card number or forfeit your spot in the training.
