Developmental Screenings: we use a screening system called “The Ages and Stages Questionnaire.” We will assess your baby’s developing communication, gross motor, fine motor, problem solving and personal/social skills.   After each visit you will receive:

  • The results of the screenings
  • Activities to support your baby’s development
  • Referral to community resources as needed

Postpartum Depression: we use a short questionnaire called the Edinburgh Post Natal Depression scale.

Free parent coaching and support: each developmental screening will be followed by a call from one of our Family Help Line coaches.

These calls will be an opportunity to discuss your child’s development, strengths, and any areas of concern. You will also receive parenting support and referrals to community resources as needed.
