I think it was a great class. I learned a lot about it, the ways to deal with it, the different ways people experience it and also the types of stress.
Thank you for this fun and serious class.
The most important thing I leaned was the warning signs of my stress so I can help identify and lower it. I liked the stress activity at the beginning.

It’s not your falult [sic] for bad things that aren’t in your control.
The most important things I learned today were other people’s strategies for reliving stress.
I learned that there are other people with the same stresses and it’s normal to feel off every once in a while. Really good presentation!
I learned about the early warning signs of stress. This will help me a lot because it helps me recognize when I have stress and what I have to do to alleviate the stress I have.

Even more ways to cope with stress + Different variables of stress. I think everyone at SC needs to take this class, the breathing relaxation ending was my favorite.
I learned about the 10 ACE’s and the surprising statistics of how many people were affected by them.
The most important thing that I learned was there are multiple ways with coping of stress.
