Lesson 5: Social Support Networks
Note: social support is a type of stress buffer, and can also build stress resilience. Because of social distancing, we’ve created this video to emphasize the importance of staying “virtually” connected to a support network. But that doesn’t mean this example of a stress buffer is better or more important than any other talked about in the Stress Buffer and Resilience video.
