Wraparound with Intensive Services (WISe) is a team based approach to helping children with complex behavioral needs. The team works collaboratively to create and implement an individualized plan of care for the youth. At the core of the team are the youth and their family. They are the guiding force throughout the WISe process. Our team at Friends of Youth will work with families to provide intensive mental health services to support not only the child but also the family. It\'s a new, collaborative way to help youth with behavioral health challenges. It is available to Medicaid eligible children and youth 21 years old and under.
