While many of our clients take our online classes for personal reasons, many take them for a court or legal requirement. While we strive for court approval in as many counties as possible, there is no formal regulation on anger management classes on a state or Federal level. We recommend getting prior approval from the court, judge, probation or your attorney before starting any anger management program to ensure it will meet your specific requirements.

Bellevue School District Wraparound Counseling
Wraparound with Intensive Services (WISe) is a team based approach to helping children with complex behavioral needs. The team works collaboratively to create and implement an individualized plan of care for the youth. At the core of the team are the youth and their family. They are the guiding force throughout the WISe process. Our team at Friends of Youth will work with families to provide intensive mental health services to support not only the child but also the family. It\'s a new, collaborative way to help youth with behavioral health challenges. It is available to Medicaid eligible children and youth 21 years old and under. Youth who are 13 and older can request a WISe screen to see if they qualify for services. Youth under 13 will need permission from a parent or guardian.(Keywords: Counseling, Home Visit)

Sleep Coach/Specialist
Gentle Sleep Coaching refers to an approach developed by Kim West, LCSW-C (a.k.a. “The Sleep Lady”). The Gentle Approach involves gathering information about you, your baby, and your family. It takes into account the baby’s development, temperament, and feeding, as well as parents’ goals, philosophy, and needs to devise a plan for improving sleep that does not involve leaving the baby alone to cry. This is not about forcing you or your baby into a pre-designed, crying-based program. We work together to come up with a plan that you feel good about. (Keywords: Baby, Father)

Wraparound Programs - Great River BHO
For many years in Washington state publicly-funded mental health and substance use treatment benefits have been administered by different agencies. Beginning April 1, 2016 these benefits were combined and are now administered by new agencies called Behavioral Health Organizations (BHOs).The BHOs oversee and fund treatment for mental health and substance use disorders for individuals with Medicaid insurance. Cowlitz, Grays Harbor, Lewis, Pacific, and Wahkiakum counties belong to Great Rivers Behavioral Health Organization. We hope to improve the overall well-being in these counties by addressing the behavioral health needs of their communities. Great Rivers is committed to these goals: Assure access to all residents within Great Rivers\\\\\\\' communities to 24-hour/7-days-a-week coverage of crisis services. Assure timely access to medically-necessary behavioral health services. Foster coordination of behavioral health services with other county and community services. Create a regional system of care to expand access to specialized behavioral health services.(Keywords: Counseling, Mental Health)

Youth Wrap Around Program Skagit County
A child/youth’s history and needs, as well the family’s interest in participating, are taken into consideration when deciding whether one of our wraparound programs offers the appropriate level of care. The wraparound process is intended to achieve positive outcomes by providing a structured, creative and individualized team planning process with youth, family and natural supports as key members of the team. The program is voluntary and each enrolled family is assigned a Facilitator who supports the team process. An assigned Family Support Partner represents the parent perspective and serves as parent support and advocate. Wraparound services adhere to certain defining principles, such as youth-guided, family-centered, strengths-based and culturally relevant. Access to Intensive Wraparound requires an assigned Division of Child and Family Services (DSHS) caseworker and prior DCFS/DSHS authorization. A referral from a mental health professional or authorized school personnel is required. VOA does the intake to begin the process of assigning a Wraparound team after a referral is submitted.
