Mayda possesses a unique combination of expertise with 14 years as a special education teacher and her clinical degree and experience. CCS provides wraparound services for children and youth with multiple and complex needs in Whatcom and Skagit counties. A child/youth’s history and needs, as well the family’s interest in participating, are taken into consideration when deciding whether our wraparound program offers the appropriate level of care.
