Classes Taught:  Childbirth Preparation Series

My approach as an educator is founded in the belief that childbirth is a natural,
physiological process. I feel it is my duty and passion to both equip and empower my families
with not only the knowledge that is backed up by evidence, but also the confidence to then apply
that knowledge with however best fits each families’ individual needs.

Teaching Style: Evidence-based, Conversational, Passionate, Humorous

Background: 

I received my training from Bastyr University. I entered the birth world as a
mother, but since January 2025, I have happily transitioned into my calling as a Childbirth
Educator!

Personal Interests: I am married and gave birth to our son in February 2024. When I’m not
being a full time mom, I enjoy reading, therapeutic writing, cooking new recipes, rollerblading,
and spending time with my two favorite guys!
