Labor and Birth Mini-Series

This class covers the essential information about labor and birth, and includes a brief overview of newborn care and feeding. It is recommended for experienced parents who did not take classes with their first baby, or for first-time parents with busy schedules or limited time available before baby’s estimated due date.

NOTE: The full Birth and Parenting Preparation series >> covers labor and birth, breastfeeding, and newborn care in more detail than the mini-series, and also allows more time for practicing pain skills. First-time parents may prefer this more comprehensive series, or registering for additional supplemental classes that may provide more flexible scheduling, such as Working With Labor >>, Breastfeeding >>, Newborn Care >>, Life With Baby >>, and others.
