Even when you can’t completely get rid of what’s stressing you, you can reduce your stress and effectively manage it so that you feel better. There are things you can do that are free and easy. You can feel better. You can take control. You can take action now.
Not everything works for everybody, and sometimes things that work for you won’t work. Aim to have at least 5 “go to” strategies you can use when stressed out. That way, if you are very stressed and don’t feel like doing one, you’ll have lots of backups to choose from.
